Threatening phone calls trying to obtain personal information

Caller had me on hold as soon as I answered saying no one is available to take my call. I hung up and blocked the number.

Constantly calls even when asked to stop.

Wanted me to sent Merchant Statement for CC in order to receive a credit that hasn't been processed yet. Gave me a fax number of 480-342-8675. Seems like a SCAM to me.
